Long standing Ironsider Wendy Price, wins Surrey RFU volunteer of the Year!

Nominated by the Chairman of Surrey RFU, at the awards ceremony on the 14th June, Wendy was presented with the Surrey RFU Volunteer of the Year award.

Over the years, many a team - player, coaches, managers and supporters have enjoyed the post match hospitality Ironsides has to offer.

This was summed up with the Chairman summarising,

‘Everyone has enjoyed a bit of BIRFC hospitality over the season and her (Wendy’s) name keeps coming up’.

Well done Wendy and congratulations! Long may the Ironsides hospitality continue!
